great, we live in a country where you may or may not be doing something highly illegal because the laws are so arbitrary and the jurisdictions so inconsistent.... what a country we live in
Pretty sad, aint it? I only have two more weeks and I'll be gone for good from this fucked up state I'm in now. Here, everybody is a criminal. They spend tremendous amounts of money and man hours trying to find a way to incarcerate people. It just what they do. They count on jailing a certain number of people as part of the city's income. The whole state is that way. I can't wait to fucking move. Maybe then I can discuss chemistry with someone without fear that they will immediately think I'm going to make drugs and tell someone, which around here will get you locked up simply for being suspicious. They don't need the first shred of probable cause to bust in, take your shit and put you in jail and the burden of proof is on you. This new state is much more relaxed and I may actually feel like a citizen in a free country again, the way I did when I was 13. Even though I know good and damn well I'm not.

Speaking of legal issues, Vesp, question for ya. I'll be moving to a medical state and have already spoken to a doctor (my new doctor where I'm moving) and he assures me that I'll have my medical card almost instantly because of the injuries and pain I have (as well as all the pain pills I could want or need). Since I'll be legally buying marijuana over the counter and be legally growing a few as well, I should be able to post pics here with no problems, right?
