The fact that a company never sells their customer database to others and does not disclose their customer's identity or address voluntarily does not mean they are immune to legal process or do not produce subpoenaed documents when ordered to do so by the court. One would prefer a business that operates cash only and keeps no records... but you will not find one of these in this type of venture.
