ok I think these answers might have driffted a little off topic.
as for picarates being substances for identification so are oximes yummy
yummy oximes hehehe.
why a picarate maby to purify maby becouse of ionc charge.
probably just for purification I would think from what you said as for can you use
toluene yes can you make the amph.hcl first fuck dude what are you doing here
