any time is too much..
ok 3.5 all good swiy was thinking peckerwood.
then plus some..
3.5 in most cases depends where ya sat.
the race card don't realy matter in a countie thing.
and then that does varie.."from state to state".
5 plus puts ya there where it makes a diffrance.
as far as swiy knows anyway.
one can do time without by'n a side as well.
