Fentanyl analog from tenpidone is NOT active as a analgesic in dose 100 mg/kg
in dose 25 mg/kg causes fall-off of AD , that results in mors any rats

And only this, only two compounds. None of which resembles in any acceptable degree fentanyl
Rather different, ain`t they?
Well, it appears that we actually do not know the activity of the compound in question yet.
And don`t you think it is rather strange that despite the purpose of the investigation was to find the analgesic activity of these compounds the only two tested were possibly the least promising? |

You would think that somebody somewhere would have looked into it by now. Perhaps the findings were so terrible that they didnt even consider their findings publishable? But then again nobody could have looked at it yet. You just cant predict that type of thing.
