reduction and dehalogenation of OTC loperamide

I tried a combo of querciten, 1 gram, taken 20 minutes before eating a bit of food along with 10 milligrams of loperamide taken for medicinal purposes. I noticed no intense effect from loperamide , though I have consistantly percieved increased sedation and minor potentiation of other opioid pain medication when taking loperamide in the past.

this drug interests me. I think the quercitin hypothesis is a good subject for future study.
