Hello, first off Swib checked the banned, and watched lists for Canada and the USA at Rhodiums site for mimosa hostillis and it was not listed anywhere. However Swib thinks it may have a different name that he/she didn't notice.

Is mimosa hostillis legal to posses in Canada, or the USA?

Also is it only available online, because that is the impression Swibs gotten.

Finally, sometimes at this site it's given the acronym MHRB, whats the RB stand for?

Swib can understand why he/she could have left that part out of swibs question.

What Swib really, really, really wants to know is if it can be found without ordering it online? In some chinese herbal store or something.

Its not all that dangerous to order, specially if swiy takes some simple precautions...UTFSE- 'novelty' (<-MaDMAx) 'maildrop'.  Worth the effort, and it may help for other aquisitions as well.

Jurema and is still legal in U.S. and Canada but SWIM would have it sent to a safe friends house or mail drop, just to bee safe.
