I have checked at Rhodiums and UTFSE and cannot find a synthesis to make this stuff.

Is it O.T.C.? (P.M., if you like.)

Can it be easily made?

All I have been able to find is an electrolysis procedure from Sodium Sulfate and Sulphuric Acid.

Any help appreciated.
