I need to concentrate this to 30-35%, Is there any other way of concentrating the 10% solution apart from adding more ammonia to it ?

Umm, how interesting !!

don't know if using a drying agent would work well or not, my inclination would be to set up a NH3 generator, by placing ammonium nitrate, chloride or other ammonium salt and drip saturated NaOH on it and bubble the gas through your ice cold solvent sitting on a scale until the desired concentration has been acheived. This could easily be done in 30 minutes.

I think your right. I believe that a 35% solution should weigh about 890mg per mL (890g/L)

Umm, how interesting !!

i'm not certian of its density, but you could simply place 70g of solvent in a beaker, and bubble NH3 until the beaker has gained 30g.
