I came into quite a few of these RV refrigerators w/these small tanks on the back.the tanks have the ingredients on theme. These are hydrogen, ammonia, and the last one I think says sodium chromate,I think. Can this(nh3) be seperated for my my use or can it used as is?

I really don't think you can use it as it is.

And if you're going to bother seperating it (a task I believe would not be very easy) why not just make some yourself? I don't think producing NH3 is very difficult and it surely wouldn't be as contaminated as the process you're suggesting.
