Then they followed protocol for substance abuse withdrawal, however if this was your long standing doctor and you were just following his advice taking the benzos and nothing else and the question of you being a non prescription drug abuser was never raised. Then he should never of cut your benzos from full dose to nothing, but remember the times we live in it is extremely easy to demonize drug users so if that was documented in your medical history it will be brought up at the hearing and will not look good for you. In fact as soon as you are painted as a 'junkie' you have no chance of beating a medical professional in court.***
i got charges of marijuana possesion breaking and entering and obtaining a schedule III by fraud and a 94 malpractice judgement.
so if the "junkie" issue is raised it, could easily be rebutted.
not to mention two doctors almost filed formal complaints but backed down for fear of being stigmatized but one of those doctors is reviewing the records.
i'm not thinking she's in favor of this guy.
