My hazy opinion. It is an ester. It's not a 'maybe' analog, it is an analog by the court. You will be charged as if it was methylphenidate powdered. There is no ambiguity in the law. No possible in the books legitimate way to acuire other than if a pharm. company wants in on the money. But, under the Act, human consumption can be the loop hole if properly done.  Stimulants are over rated and somewhat unappealing if not used functionally.
