I did UTFSE w/ search strategy of "PPA mexico" in the body and just straight "PPA" (and phenylpropylamine) and "mexico" as topics and found no references to the availability/obtainment of said chemical in mexico. Further, an internet search in spanish aided by a friend who speaks the language resulted in no mexican brand names of human or vet medicines containing PPA.
