It would be nice to be able to separate the ephedrine from the 1-phenylpropene, hence a nice source of both. Any suggestions......that would be the bond between the Nitrogen and the alkene chain of the 1- phenyl propene
C6H5-CH(OH)CH(N(CH3)CH2CH=CH-CH2C6H5)CH3
