Don't you get it yet? This board is for the discussion of the chemistry of mind altering substances not a how-to rip off your friends...
To answer your stupid question (not fully, as I want you to atleast do some of your own work)...
Your initial question should have been: Is 1 drop of water capable of dissolving 2mg of a substance that is soluble in water?
I leave that to you to figure out...
If the answer is yes:
Then simple algebra dictates -> Dissolve 1g of substance into 5000 drops of water to give 2mg per drop.
Now bee gone...
