YOU KNOW
when rp reacts with iodine
its not realy like P4 + 6I2->3(PI3)
its like 4 p atoms each p atom has 3 bonds to the other
3 p atoms
then I2 breaks 1 of these 6 bonds adding to the 2 p atoms
whom had that bond broken
now you have P4I2 this compound can react with phudo
if it bumps up to one.
say it doesnt and anouther I2 molucule finds itself
agenst the P4I2 well anouther bond between 2 p atoms breaks
the 2 atoms that shared that broken bond now take an iodine atom each
now you have P4I4 and this compund can react with phudo
if a phudo is near
anyway untill the PxIx compound is saturated with Iodine atoms and the 4 phos atoms have fragmented forming PI3
all those intermeated molucules of P and I composisions
which i assume have differnt solubiltys with the iodioephed
matrix that forms.
anyway sometimes differnt species will break up at differnt
temps and when they do youll see a burst of activity
as that species runs its 3 min reaction
the nothing untill raisding the temp lets anouther species
break up and react with the phudo.
etc .
this activity usule only happenes when you start aproching
the miniuium amounts of I and P to phudo ratios.
or you have pill cuts that get actavated and reacting at differnt temps.
the brute force 3x I and P to phudo will quell these
sperts of small reactions and level them to one 5 min
foam with clearty and 2/5 yealds resulting
