I know that things similar has been dicussed before, but not exacly what I wanted.

My father had a small foto company about 10 years ago, I just found out that it hasn't been deregistrated yet wich means that it's still a "company in action" officially <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="wink.gif" /> but it hasn't been in action for many years. Since most chem suppliers don't sell to private persons I thought I could order though this company. Giving me the permits to buy allmost any chem I want :) . I've found some boxes with Kebo (Merck) stamped on them wich means that this company probably is registrated in their costumer records. Does anyone know how long they keep their records, do they clear out inactive companys or do they keep them as long as they can.

What do they check when a company places an order?
Do you think there will be any problems oredering?
Is it suspicious to buy HNO3 and H2SO4 at the same time, I mean as a company I think they would react if they found a private person was trying to buy that at the same time(not that you can :p ).
Is it suspicius for a foto company to buy that, the only acid I know of being used in fotography is glacial acetic acid, wich I have lots of. Has anyone ordered chems using false company names?

I know it's a lot of questions. And I'm happy getting any of them answered, feel free to say what you like, on topic or related.

I've managed to aquire 2kg of Penta from a chemical supplier before, using a completely fake company name, not registered or anything, and I had no problems

Didn't they asked for a IRS or minestry of finance registration number?? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="eek.gif" /> Because you need that over here to verify if you're really a company... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="frown.gif" />

There aren't any set regulations when it comes to buying most chemicals here in the UK. It's really a question of how good the buyer is at lying <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="wink.gif" /> The industry seems to be self regulating.

Well in that case I shouldn't have to great difficulties buying my chems since this company actually exists. :) But I still wonder about the H2SO4 + HNO3 thingy, but I suppose they don't really care since it's a company ordering. I see a great future coming.. :) :D

I think HNO3 does have it's use in photography, something about etching photographic plates.

HNO3 was used in photographic developing of some plates in the early days (1900's), but I don't think it is anymore. It is used for etching copper in a process called Intaglio. Nothing to do with photography, and it's quite a specialist activity. Do some research on the net, and come up with an appropriate story...

This company is VERY near to where I live!
I have considered trying to get in there (illegally) but they have a LOT of security!!
They have everything of my dreams in there! eg PE!
I don't think they cater for individuals, only companies with legit uses!
I want some PE so bad! :(
I don't like purchasing stuff that can be traced because if some fucker gets bombed in my area, I will be the first person who gets blamed! ( I know some fucker is watching me!)
Anaways I wonder if I could use a fake company name but i don't know how easily I could be cought out because I am not familiar with UK laws concerning this kind of stuff.
Has anyone got experience with this?

Just set up your own company, as far as I know, it doesn't cost anything to set up one, and you have the comfort of doing it from your bedroom, simple make a crappy web site, print out a booklet of what you "do" and away you go, i'm sure you'll have to get a form of some sort, but I don't see what's so hard about setting up your own company.

After all, everyone started somewhere right?

It would just require some effort printing up stationary, and you'd need a business (bank) account to be convincing. Setting up a business account is easy, just talk to your bank manager. I've done it before, it took around 30 minutes after I gave a rough idea of what my business idea was. There are no licenses/paper work required to set up as a 'sole trader'.

In the US, the bank are snitches for the IRS, DEA, and FBI. They practically want your right nut as payment for the previliege of keeping your money there.

In Japan, the banks don't give you interest at all. But they don't ask you any questions either. Just walk in and hand them your money. Debit cards and safe deposit boxes? "Here you go." That simple.

Anybody watch that cable show called "<a href="http://www.scifi.com/farscape/" target="_blank">Farscape</a>"? Pretty cool show. But I saw an episode where the crew was going to rob a "Shadow Depository". In other words, a bank for criminals.

What would prevent someone from starting their own safe deposit service? No bank crap, just a place to keep your shit locked up, just like a safe deposit at a bank.

But, unlike a bank, NO ID, NO questions or forms, and 24/7 access.

You provide security just like a bank vault does. I'm sure there'd be a lot of people interested in a service like this. But I'd also imagine that the goons in Washington wouldn't like the idea of people having some actual PRIVACY!

J, check your PM.
