13-0-46 fertiliser is it good?

he, my agrar shop sells fertiliser coded 13-0-46 and they call it potassiumnitrate but! i thought potassiumnitrate code is 13-0-38.
can i use this fertiliser to make bp ?

i'm sure someone has posted a table with all the codes and what they mean somewhere before.

18,49$ for a 25kg KNO3 fertiliser bag [coded 13-0-46].
I think it was a good price. and the stuff was best quality.
