Did you hear about the couple who was arested in Germany planning to attack soldiers at an american military base(bases all over the globe!) They had 5 pipebombs(un-know filler, probably L.E.), and above 100 kg chemicals(what? two bags of KNO3?, lol). It was said that they might have had external sponsoring due to the resources(?!) of their "bombfactory". They was caught because the woman told a friend to stay out of the shop where they were working 11/9.
They also possessed bomb making manuals, lol.

The information over at Raisethefist.com aren't even comparable to what is beeing gathered over here.
Anyway, this guy isn't beeing targeted due to the manuals, it's beacause of he of him beeing an anarchist proposing the destruction of state and capitalism etc..

This makes me worry about my own web site. I dout they will do anything (they could have got me a long time ago). But still if you even hint to making this stuff you could get fucked over. Slowly the goverment is taking our rights away. Soon enough if you even fart without permission your going to jail.

If you read the law that this guy was charged under, it's illegal to disseminate information of the nature discussed here only if the information is intended to facilitate a violent crime or if the information provider knows that the recipient will use it to facilitate a violent crime. Generally, posts here shy well away from criminal applications. I don't know that the wording of the law will make a whit of difference if authorities ever decide that this is a "terrorist" site, but hopefully the lack of "how can I kill people and blow up government buildings" messages will provide a first line of defense.

It is my opinion that we need to ban together if something should happen to this site. It would not be hard for us to use force to stop them from bothering us. Im not saying that we should go out and start bombing gov. buildings and killings inocents, but if they come after us, we do have the right to defend ourselves.

it gives them a reason to arrest you because you have threatened them.
you can have the infomation, but as soon as you use it, or threaten to use it, they own you.

if they come after you there is nothing that you can do to "stop them from bothering us".

Some of you seem to be really patriotic toward the continuation of this site, which is great and all; but personally if I even had the idea that an investigator, somewhere, was planning my arrest if I planned on backing this site when arrested, then I would give up any information (excepting any personal info that I may have gathered about other members) and most likely try to deny even my existance at a site like this.. oh well, maybe it is just a personal opinion, but I am not going to spend time in a 8x8 cell because of an internet site (even if it is the greatest ever made..).
