Ahh on this great Patriot's Day I remember conquests past... In a world far far away and a timeline askew, how things could have been different...

We journey to the front lines of battle, into New York City on a busy day of traiding on Wall Street where the parking lots are filled with giant SUV's. But wait, those are not the toys of power brokers! That is the mechanized arm of General Mega, scourge of Amerika! Ahh the capitalists confused my Soviet tanks for their own decadent luxury vehicles.

A glorious victory parade marching up the middle of Wall Street? Not quite, a few token police forces stand between my army and World Trade Park...

The pathetic NYPD swat (the boys in blue) cannot stand to face my thunderous death machines. Suicide troops to the fore! The World Trade Towers will be mine!

Ahh! Watch that airplane! For mother Russia!

Ack, here comes another for the glory of General Mega!

Ohh the humanity! The streets flow with the blood of the nonbelivers! Behold my great victory at Ground Zero! The symbols of decadent Amerikan capitalism have been vanquished! My mind control tower has won the day!

Is it just me, or do the little soldiers have beaks and claws?

LMAO!! No, two of the soldiers definitely have giant lobster claws for hands, totally hilarious. On a related note, they made us do this minute of silence thing remembering the dead - as mega put it, I only knew two people names - Mr. Pentagon and Ms. Towers, anyways sooo boring.

That is simply hilarious. Fucking classic. :D

Interesting how the soldiers are taller than the tanks. Two possibilities come to mind:

(1) The soldiers are actually NBK's mechanized killer chickens. I think I see beaks.

(2) The tanks are actually armored go-karts, armed with a spudgun turret.

I think Mega is a real megalomaniac...nevertheless, absolutely hilarious Mega! I was having a pretty cruddy day up until I saw this, thanks mate .

Hmm...on closer look, you forgot your lessons from The Art of War!

Clearly, your armed forces were vastly superior to the puny Men in Blue. You should have surrounded them, laid siege to World Trade Park. Then make negotiations: show them an exit, so they don't think they have to fight to the death. That way, you get the towers without fighting or destruction and they get to live. It works out for both of you. Of course, you could chase them and kill them as they retreat :D .

In C&C Red Alert 2 my military doctrine is the scorched earth policy. After a decided war of attrition against the enemy I edge up my Yuries to seize control of any who dare venture fourth. My suicide troops (my favorite use of infantry, or what I like to call crunchies from playing Battletech) draw out any foolish enough to follow, and then I send them straight after the defensive weapons. My Crazy Ivans weave from behind to plant sabotage devices on outlaying structures, and my armor wages an artillery fight from behind the protective flesh shield of the suicide troops. Ahh the carnage.

It's a good thing this game was released before Sep 11 or they never would have had either the New York mission or the blow up the Pentagon mission.

I while away a few hours now and again playing the various maps. I like to let the enemy build up their defences after I crush them so I can suatain the slaughter. Sometimes I will play with just kind of troop, like all infantry, hundreds of screen lagging infant who swarm the enemy like locusts :) I especially love the suicide bombers and the Libian nuke trucks. The first time I sent a wave of a few dozen when the first one goes off it set a chain reaction that killed the whole lot. Ahh the suffering!

The C&C games are the only ones that can play on my computer, graphic cardless as it is :( If anybody has any suggestions on other games with limited system requirements I am all ears (warez only please, if I had the money to buy games I would have a real computer).

Never really pictured Mega as a gamer. Oh well, I used to be a really hardcore gamer, and I still do some. For some not-too-hardware-hungry games, maybe try Tribes 1? I'm pretty sure people still play online, it has a software mode that isn't TOO demanding (your computer doesn't suck THAT bad, does it?). If you like the strategy/war games, that's a good one. It's easily bootlegged too- no anti-piracy technology on the CD. That's all from me, I'm just finding a gaming threat a little out of place on this forum; so I don't want to say too much on it.

Unreal Tournament doesn't need a graphics card and the game ROCKS! I can upload it if anyone wants me too, 1.2/1.5gig (2xCD) You only need the first cd to play the game, but the second has all the extra's on it.

Red Alert 2 - Superb. I never took Mega to be a gamer, but then most people don't take me for one. The first time I played Red Alert, I came home from work at 6, got on the machine, and ended up 14 hours later thinking, "oh Fuck - I have to go to work now.....hang on, just oooooonnnneee last go at this mission"

How sad is that?

Anyway, glad I'm not alone. :)

Warez games huh? Well what kind of games do you like, I mean apart from Command & Conquer style ones, 3D shooters for example. Jagged Alliance 2 is getting old, not sure if its reached the warez part of its life however, doesn't demand bugger all out of your computer, and if you do happen to like it, well, we won't be seeing you for a few months . Ahh, if your really into gore and 3D shooters, soldier of fortune will aid you well, shooting off limbs/arms/heads/leaving intestines hanging out with shotguns (what kind of person goes and designs jiggling human intestines hanging out of a corpse? Crikey!), ahh the fun.

I cannt belive Mega is a gammer! I have had the impression that he would be more likely to write a game where you can build various bombs, then set them off in buildings, (PentaGONE, Twin towers, etc) that play a game like that. BTW Mega, EXCELLENT job with those pictures, I could see them being put up in the news "ROGUESCI IS IN AGREEMENT WITH THE TALIBAN, GIVING THEM AID." then seeing the picuters (graphically enhanced to look more life like) showing that we were conducting test in a remote place. HAHA

I don't often play games because its hard to find a good one and one that will play on my computer. I never really liked first person shooter type games, but I loved Thief. I don't go in for the random violence type stuff, that's too easy. Now recently I played Return to Castle Wolfensten. There is a game that rocks. There's nothing more satisfying than gunning down nazi's (no ofence nbk :) ) I especially love the part at the air field where I can sit up in the control tower and plink em off one by one with my sniper rifle. The smart bastards know to take cover, but they have to get to the alarm klaxon... when they make a break for it *blam* one shot... one kill... Ah I love that.

The C&C series is my runaway favorite. I favor strategy games more or less.

Mega, I used to do quite a bit with my older computer. If you can give me an e-mail with the specs of your comp, I can see if I have anything that will run on your comp. And if you have time, also try and add the games you have and the games (if you know any) that you would like to try.

Sorry, I dont know what happened but I must have made 2 post by accident. If one of the mods can delete the one before this one, I would appreciate it.

That's so unique...might be offensive to some, but still unique (btw why the buildings melt???)Should be put at comedy central

Return to Castle Wolfensten with limited system req (how to run all those chem software then)!??!
How did you do that Mega, running it with 640-480, 8 bit and no 3d sound acceleration???
Anyway, I sometimes I enjoy watching my friend playing games in weekend (esp FF VII,IX,X). In FPS, silly things often happen that makes you laugh (stress reliever). He's recenlty all into America's Army, supposedly the "greatest" army FPS ever (besides ghost recon)...(uhm)...wonder if forum members have time for such.

and oh, suggestion...well, I only play jezzball, tetravex, and blackjack in break time... :(...you might like it

RTC Wolfenstein was not on my computer. I just happened to have noticed it. I didn't think I would like it because it was a shooter, or so I thought... after showing up for a few days I wore out my welcome :)

Mega, do you want me to upload Unreal Tournament? Or I could burn and send a copy to you, or a mail forwarding service or something?

I can also grab a copy of RTCW if wanted?
