Phosphorus Synthesis

Does anybody have any information on making Phosphorus?

Phosphorus is an element, you don't synthesize it...although I'm sure there are ways to extract it. If you're looking for Red Phosphorus, why not buy some off eBay? Yeh, it's expensive, but that's about the only source I can think of. As far as I know, it's not too heavily regulated (if it's sold on eBay).

I don't see how this relates to "High Explosives" though, and the M[g]ODS aren't too fond of new members starting new threads.

Since when is Phosphorus a high explosive?

Obtaining both red and white phos have been discussed on the forum.

Oh and mr.samosa, Red Phosphorus IS heavily regulated. I wouldnt buy it off ebay.

And RP is a highly suspicious chemical to purchase because of its utility in making methamphetamines. Selling it on e-bay is probably an easy way for the piggies to catch stupid cooks.
