Ok, The other night I heard an advertisment on the radio about using Potasium Chloride pellets for water softners and was wondering if you can make any explosives from it.
(Im to lazy to do research right now)

It is salt and does nothing interesting, the best thing you can do with it is using it to convert NaCLO3 to KCLO3.

It's also used in lethal injection to kill ppl.

its used as a salt substitute and can be used to make potassium nitrate from other nitrates and KClO3 from NaClO3
