I skimmed over the procedure for Tris[1,2-Bis (Difluoramino)-Ethyl] Isocyanurate on Mega's site. Since chlorine and fluorine are similar atoms, I thought, "why not a chlorine based one instead"? It seems to me like it would be very easy to make this from trichloro isocyanuric acid (new fangled pool chlorinator) and perhaps some other fairly readily available ingredients. I'm certainly no chemist, this is pure speculation, so please forgive me if I have wasted your time...
