This is a summary of an industrial process for recycling sulfuric acid which I found somewhere on the internet:

Concentration-Sulfuric acid is heated at 100C at normal atmospheric pressure until all moisture (water) is vaporized and condensed seperately. When the concentration reaches < 98% thick white fumes appear.
Purification-The concentrated impure acid is then distilled at 340C at normal atmospheric pressure. The result should be < 98% pure sulfuric acid. During both procedures an oil bath is used to prevent steam explosions.

A. Are these procedures correct?
B. If yes, what details should I insist on when operating such a procedure?

Thank you.

This has been covered already, and your last post was locked. DO NOT POST THIS AGAIN, unless you are told that you can.

This section is only for nitric acid! Not sulfuric, phosphoric, acetic, hydrochloric, or any other acid, chemical, solvent, topic, issue, or anything else under the sun period.
