hello everybody.
i'm actually trying to open an International courier account (ICA) with FedEx or Ups.
They all say that is its for enterprises only.
But it s written on french FedEx website that individual can open an account ! but i phoned them and they said "NO".
It could be useful for me to have one of this account.
If you have an idea how i could proceed to obtain one of it.....
Maybe some of you have an ICA ?
Else i m looking for a person wich live in USA and have an ICA with his job or anything else, because i have found a source of polyisobutylene in USA and they send a free sample of 450 grams of pib (MW 1,000,000) !! 450 grams ! FREE !! exept shipping charges ! and i need an ICA...
