Someone on the last forum said that the dragon flamethrower shells can be improvised by mixing magnesium powder and naptha. I don't know how true that is, though.

Thats quite a selection of special ammo! Some of it is really useless though...The easiest to improvise would probably be the beanbag ones. You coud just take the shot and wad out of a normal shell and put it your own beanbag type thing or just a hard piece of rubber or plastic that fits well for a non lethal slug.
