Season #5 starts March 7th, 2004, and I simply can't wait. it sucks tony killed ralph last season though. He was such a badass. :cool:

Am I the only one here hopelessly addicted to the Sopranos? Any fellow Sopranos addicts in our midst?

Funny this should get posted now, because recently I've been leeching early sopranos episodes from usenet. Currently I'm up to about the end of season 2 I think, episode #26 where "Pussy" gets offed. With any luck alt.binaries.jtp will continue the posting schedule of a new episode about every other day. Though I haven't seen any of the episodes live on tv, they're pretty good on PC whenever I don't have anything better to do. Some of them tend to be a bit lame, but most of them have a fair share of ass kicking going on. Probably my favorite scene so far is when Furio goes into the porn shop and beats the shit out of everyone there. Too bad I don't remember which one that is, but I think it was early season 2.

I also periodically download episodes off the net when I can.

I've noticed the older episodes have been on channels like movie central, adrenaline drive, etc lately. Im going to get a TV tuner card within the next couple weeks to take advantage of this. That way I can get copies of all the shows i want, remove all the damn commercials, and be able to watch whatever show whenever i want. And ofcourse the whole ordeal of finding/downloading them off the net is eliminated. :)

Ahhh...but broadcast TV removes a lot of the "good" stuff from the Soprano's, as it's "too violent". :rolleyes: So unless you're copying it off of HBO directly, you'd be copying the lamed version. :(
