Something to do with them being automatic which probably means you pay to enter ;) I somehow doubt that water rushing back into a toilet would make it explode like that, especially due to an electrical fault, I mean I can see the thing blowing if a water main ruptured under it but an electrical surge? What are they storing their flushing water at a high pressure or something? It seems a little improbable to me.

I guess the water touched one of those powerlines, flashboiled and the resulting steam pressure ruptured the cabin.

Well atleast the toilet didn't spray sewage everywhere. Otherwise there would have been a real shitstorm (pun intended) over the "technical problems".
