I just mixed up the Hydrogen peroxide, Acetone, and hydrochloric acid as instructed in the Makshift arsenal, ut I double the amount of H2O2 because I only use 3%. After stiring them the mixture looks sort of merkey white, and not anything close to the pic in Makeshift arsenal. I was wondering if the mixture changes color with time, or did I do something wrong.

The Makeshift arsenal's AP solution is brown - it shouldn't be, it's due to the brand of one of the reactants. The solution should be clear unless cloudy with white crystals.

I've only made about 5 batches, and each time they were merky white, looked cloudy. It did clear up as more AP was produced though.
