Yes this is the one. I personlay think it was a bunch of crap myself. Adobe used the DMCA to have federal agents handcuff, and palce Dmitry Skylarov in jail. The DA atleast saw that it was a bunch of crap and let him go. Elcomsoft is the company that Dimtry worked for. Adobe tried to sue them and lost. They lost because the jury in the case thought that the DMCA was a huge mess and coulfd not understand it themselves, let alone a russain company :)
