Diphosgene

Sorry if this was discussed before, but for some reason I don't have permission to search.

Phosgene is very useful in the preperation of other chemicals, so, for safety reasons, I looked it up on the wikipedia. I found out about Diphosgene, and figured it would be safer to have around. However, unlike phosgene, wiki doesn't have a synth for Diphosgene. Does anyone here have any info on how to make it?

I've checked google as well.
