I just found an archive site of roguesci.org located at roguescience.org. Quite interesting... It seems to have a downloadable library of many of the books from the FTP. I thought if that was ever going to be done I would end up doing it, and I have been dragging my heels on that for a few years.

So now all of you newbs looking to get some books check out http://www.roguescience.org/static/Ebooks.html

Who made the site by the way? I'm not mad or anything, far from it. I just don't remember anyone having talked about it here.

The site appears to have been published by someone going by the name Rockhound (not a name I recognise) who beleives (or beleived at the time) that iDefense had shut us down for good.

I looked it up myself and tried your links. The site seems to have already been shut down! Meanwhile, I still can't get filezilla to work with the ftp.

The site was taken down within the last day, then, because I downloaded a PDF about low-vulnerability explosives from it Monday morning.

When I first came to roguesci.org I tried out going to Roguescience.org

No one had it at the time. I thought about buying it up to be slick, but I didn't. Someone did and their webdesign skills aren't that great.

However, it's a nice collection of the stuff but very disorganized because I have to sort through it without cells in one of the download sections.
