The last days, everytime I tried to enter the forum, where came a window with the message:
" 403 Forbidden: The Server denied the specified URL..."
I did'nt use a Proxy at that time. I believe, this Page is now censored in Germany, at least by some internet-providers. (I use "Arcor", by the way)
So I installed a Anonymizer, which uses anonym-Proxyservers and voila:
the pages was accessible again!
Is there anybody else who had such problems? Maybe, we should write a small tutorial, how to install Proxy-servers on a PC, for unlimited access to this great information library...
I am searching Volume 2 and 3 of the PDF-version from T. Urbanski's books in german. will be nice, if someone can give me a working link.
