If I try to connect to roguesci from with my german ISP I do get
You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
At first I thought that roguesci was down but today I tried it with a Proxy.
I could only connect by using a Proxy from another country.
From which countries can you still connect to roguesci?
It seems that their is some new European policy to deal with information...
