Fake ID information on IRC

There use to be #fakeid on dalnet, which migrated to EFnet. They had a website at fakeid.ru. Are those guys still around? If so, where have they moved to?

I heard they are still on dalnet but it's invite only (not 100% sure)

Does anyone have definite information about any genuine people offering international fake IDs on the internet, who they are sure are not "stings" run by the Pigs or the CIA? It would probably have to be people in non-U.S.-influenced countries like Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, or Serbia, I would think.
