I am almost close to bursting out laughing ever time I hear these new stupid names these punkass teen K3wls come up with.

The ones that I laugh about are ones like "explosiv-boi" or "Artillarykid" or "Bomb-makr". Who the hell come up with these stupid names?? It shows that they know little too nothing on the subjct. Usually such drivel is deleted, and was, but I still had it up on another computer, so here it is.

I'v acquired some pistol flares lately, and I wanted to know what's inside. The stuff in them was a little hard to remove because it was rock solid. It was like white rocks with black grains in it, I managed to powder it in a low-speed blinder. Now I got white powder and black little grains about 0.5 mm diameter.
I tried to smash the little black things but nothing happened in the blinder, I tried to hammer one grain but it just got flat like a soft metal, I tried to burn it and iy ignited, I added a couple drops fo water to the powder it produced and it smeeled like ammonia, so the little black grains where magnisium grains with oxidized surface.
Regarding to the white stuff, I added some SA and it ignited so I guess it was chlorate as an oxidizer but when I tried to burn it it burned in yellow flame, unless there was something else the chlorate shouldn't burn, or it wasn't chlorate, any one can help me on that? (PS I can't call the producer, there was no phone number but there was russian writings all over the flares ,I guess it was the russian army who made them)
Now the point is can I use the magnisium as a replacement for AL in solid fuel or shuld the grains be powder-size for efficiency ?
I 've conducted a succesful experiment using the Mg and the powdered oxidizer but can I make it more efficient by modifying the oxidizer or the Mg grains ?

I'm assuming that 'blinder' is supposed to mean 'blender'.

Thanks NBK, it was even better than I expected. I'm glad that the majority of garbage is just deleted, but this was sooo bad, it's worth the entertainment value.

Reminds me of a show I saw, where two cops had stopped a car. The passenger tried to grab the gun from one of the cops (while being questioned)and then bolted. Within 10 seconds, both cops had emptied their guns at the fleeing guy. IIRC they shot a total of 30 rounds and missed with every one of them. It makes you wonder how some people are capable of walking upright.
