because its my first Post, i want to offer you a program that is called
"Bruker IR Introduction" (in german : Bruker IR Einführung).

Thank you for the program. This is a good explanation of IR spectroscopy, certainly more comprehensive than any undergraduate text I have seen. There is a lot of physics to this program, but that’s what spectroscopy is.

The program does not require installation, just run the exe. It is rather like a flash app.
