Anyone knows the properties and synthesis of that explosive? I've heard that it is made during the reaction of imidazole and singlet oxygen. Any links would be appreciated.

I looked over that page briefly and all I saw was a bunch of abstracts for journal articles on using peroxides for bleaching.

I just got about 300grams of (old) imidazole...
I read in the MSDS that it is incompatible with strong oxidizers and acids...

I guess everything organic is said to be "incompatible with strong oxidizers"

I wonder how it reacts with e.g. nitric or perchloric acid...

Would it form explosive salts with them? Or would it just decompose... I know that at least sulfuric acid will break down substances like methanamine and guanidine, so sulfuric is probably out of question.
