I think this is a weird question to ask in a forum such as this, but here it goes.
Does anybody here know how to clone cell phones (both CDMA and GSM). I looked around a few places but could not find anything of real help. I looking for tutorials or how-to guides which could guide me through the whole process. I suspect someone has been snooping around me, reading my emails, listening to my phone calls and reading my sms. He has shown me evidence that he knows what I am doing and has even produced emails from my inbox. Its like he is reading my mind. He is pulling the strings and has me edgy. Now I want to pay him with his own ware. I would really appreciate any help.

Well first step is to change your email password and make sure to not set "remember me" so you will have to sign in each time. This will help solve your email problem.

You seem to have no experience in cell phone hacking, what makes you think you could beat somebody at his or her own game?

I don’t think you should try, they would just find out and stop, leaving you with no success and no knowledge of who it is.

A better idea would be to track the person down. I don’t know much about tracking someone down digitally but you could get the police to do it for you just tell them your going to press charges or use a solicitor to help you with it.

The only way I think you could track the person down through the internet, is to get their IP address.

If you can get the persons identity you can change your GPS, change your passwords, make sure they cant hack you in any way then start fucking with them (some time after you have got their identity).

First I would put a nice charge on AP on their door, then I would post many threatening letters which I would keep coming for a few days saying I am going to kill them when the time is right.

6 months after I stopped, I would put one more explosive charge of AP to damage their new door. Leaving a message on their door saying, “I will always know who you are and where you live. I’m still after you” giving them the impression that I’m a psycho killer who wont stop until their dead.

I would make sure that if the police come on to my property there is no evidence, no trace, nothing that will link me to my crimes.

My answer to the police’s questions would be “I have noting to say” and I would know the police interrogation techniques.

But you probably wouldn’t want to do all this, with the use of explosives etc. You could just cut their power cables or smash a window to get even :D.

Always remember nobody can see what you are doing, and never leave any evidence around when committing crimes of any sort.

This is dangerously close to a spoonfeeding request...

Even if police hacks your phone or email box, they can't use it as evidence if they did not have a warrant to collect this type of info.

My advice to you is:
1. If you use the new type of smart phone, install anti-virus software
2. Change all of your passwords
3. Install a new version of software to avoid vulnerabilities in software
4. Don't let your phone lying around so that people can gain physical access to it
5. Everything else the other forum members wrote.

If you know who that person is, you could report him to the police. Stealing data by unauthorized access is a criminal offense. ( at least in my country ) If they will be able to prove it, he will pay a lot of money and he might even go to jail.

If he's got some ticklish photos of your girlfriend and you, then I'm very sorry for you. Just pray he will not publish them somewhere on the net.
B.T.W. blackmailing is illegal to. You can report him to the police, if he's not blackmailing you with some sort of evidence. If that's the case, then you're in deep trouble.

First ask him politely how he did it, if he won't tell you, then you could always kick the guy's ass, threaten to kill his family, torture him...Fear is your friend in this game. Use it against him. Maybe he will tell you how he did it when you scare him enough. :D

I changed all my passwords long back. But I suspect he is using the services professional hacking websites such as crackpal or hirehacker.com or one of the many out there that exist. I still doubt how effective these guys are and if they really can do what they claim to do. Supposing they can do these things, then this guy must be rich. Does anyone have any experience with these professional hackers?

NBK: I have a lot of respect for you and your know how and I am only a junior member and hence I rarely open my mouth because you know so much and I want to learn. No, I dont think this is close to spoonfeeding. I know the rules and I have done a fair amount of research before asking this question here. There are no standard cell phone hacking tutorials out there. If there are and if I have missed them, then please guide me to them. However I think I have found someone who will help me. I think I am making some progress.

Well when I first came here I did not know the difference between an explosive and a bomb. I did not even know what AP stood for. Since then much water has flowed under the bridge and I have learnt much thanks to all the guys here. When I was in school I once came across a line which said "It is very hard to win, but you will never win if you never start". Maybe that sounds very ideal, but that has been my motto ever since. I also cannot follow your advice of putting AP on their door, because the police here is behaving much like the Gestapo. It would be straight traced to me, because many in my friends and family circle know that I am the only one here that has such wierd interests.

My apologies, if I have offended anyone.

What kind of cell phone are you wanting to "hack"? And what do you plan on doing with this "hacked" phone once you are done? Example: track somebody's movement with a phone, listen to there phone calls, insert loud yelping noises into there conversations. To do all of those without hardcore equipment and software you would have to get a hold of the said targets cell phone and do some creative programming, which can be very hard with a CDMA phone.

I do have quite a bit of experience with motorola's and could probabbly either tell you what to do or direct you to somebody who could. But as far as general hacking goes on phones, I hope you have a lot of time on your hands because it will and does change from model to model within a make of phone. There is no magic code or anything like that for hacking a cell phone.

If a specialist tells you it's cancer, you don't tell him "No, I don't think it is".

If the admin tells you it's dangerously close to spoonfeeding, and you try arguing the point with him, it becomes spoonfeeding, thus banned. :)

And yes, there are sites that explain all about this. And yes, I have the links for them. But no, you're not getting them, for that would be rewarding the undesired behaviour.

rational - In your first post you seemed to have very little knowledge of hacking because you were "looking for tutorials or how-to guides which could guide me through the whole process."

If you have such little knowledge and there is somebody who is obviously much better than you, why bother, you’re going to fail. If you fail and never find out who they are you will have no chance to get even.

In your second post you seem to know much more so I apologize.

I also cannot follow your advice of putting AP on their door
I wasn’t suggesting that you should do it, it is incredibility stupid, I only stated that it would probably be what I would do (something incredibility stupid) I can get a bit carried away at times :(.

rational611 I think you should be listening for them. If you reread the posts you find out some very good advice.

Beside I think this forum not just like ( I Wanna >>> here you go )

"Hack him back," are you kidding me? Speaking as someone who's worked a junior analyst at a major national security think tank and spent four years as an industrial intelligence HUMINT collection specialist, I can assure you if a real professional ever got up your ass, it would be all over but the crying.

The desire to educate yourself is admirable, but there's not a thing any newbie tutorial will do for you in the short term to solve your problems. In fact, I'd say you'd probably need about four or five years of training before you'd reach the level of competence needed to even begin to comprehend the scope and magnitude of exactly how fucked you are. Seriously.

My advice: Cancel your phone service, or be crushed like a bug. Your choice. Starting over with a pay-per-use phone might be inconvenient (and it might not solve your problem at all), but is "standing your ground" and fighting this prick really worth your time and energy? Give it up and get on with your life. Hell, if it's bad enough, "disappear" yourself to another city in the middle of the night. Pick your battles; trying to get vengeance against opponents of unknown resources and capacities is a fools' errand.

"When I was in school I once came across a line which said "It is very hard to win, but you will never win if you never start".

When I was in school I once came across an even better line which said "the only way to win is not to play".

There's no shame in knowing when you're whipped. I think all of us could do with a reminder: never let your ego get in the way of knowing when it's time to fold them and run. Just remember, "cowardice" is nothing more than the body's awareness of its own weakness, and "bravery" is nothing more than the body's acknowledgement of its own strength. And in the end, the only thing that matters is keeping yourself alive to see another day.

Something to think about!
