I don’t quite understand where you’re coming from here. It’s a plan for a natural disaster, as people should have.

In Australia we have the same kind of thing for bushfires. You can’t decide at the last minute if you’re going to flee or stay.

I'm sure there are quite a few people who didn't know better and would have paid for that kind of info before natural dissasters hit their area. Yes there ARE that many people who are that ignorant.
