Anyone know exactly whats inside of signal flares I found a broken one and it a yellow powder, its a very slow burning powder. I think the brand name was "Orion"

Ah, Yes ! Even common road flares are good sources of OTC chemicals once
they're put through a separation process. A little RP and a lot of strontium
nitrate come to mind ! Bon appetite ! :D
