I decided a few months ago to buy one of those. I almost snagged one off of ebay, but I decided to wait until closer to the summer. I have a few textbooks and ref materials I want to scan as good as possible. My old scanner has gone tits up, so it's time for an upgrade.

In case you are wondering what the difference between the 3600 (basic), the plus, and the corporate are... just the price :) Technically the plus and corporate comes with a PDF creator (not the real Acrobat) and ReadIris (an OCR prog), but why pay for software when its all free as warez?
