Hey, that looks like a great program. I couldn't get the torrent file to work for me, though. There appears to be some sort of error. Demonoid currently had only one seeder and very few peers at time of posting, too, so I looked for the file elsewhere and found it at Isohunt.com.

It's also Faces 4.0 build, but this one is supposed to be the "Law Enforcement and Investigative Services" version, not the "Educational" or EDU version. (Bonus! :D) I'm still downloading so can't say for sure...

It claims to have more than twice the facial features database than the EDU version. We shall see.

What's the difference between the educational version and professional law enforcement version?

Although the educational version was designed for the classroom, it's functional. However, many of the advanced features found on the professional version is not included in the educational version.

One is around $140, the other is over $700....

If you have experience of this software, please tell us more, good or bad.

I used the EDU version to make my own face... and yeah, it got me. Good enough for me to be stopped in case someone is looking for me.

Let Fester's version come... I think it might be far better.

Damn. I was so hoping this was the real deal. Whoever created the torrent should be flogged publicly for misrepresentation, IMHO. That's just shitty. :mad:

OTOH, this really IS some fun shit to play with. I nailed down a really good likeness of myself in a matter of about 1/2 hour of installing the program. :eek: Scary.

The EDU version is well worth the time to download, though, and I'm grateful to Corona for bringing this topic up... ;)

(now to print out all my enemies likenesses and post them around town for "nefarious activities" against same-sexed children! :p :D) hehehe...
