Drug Side affects

Often drugs are used, but then are found to have adverse affects or dangerous side affects in certain conditions. Preferably the dangerous or serious with a high effect rate should be posted. :D

I was looking into Peripheral neuropathy inducing drugs (drugs that cause nerve damage) and found drugs that are "neurotoxic".
