View Full Version : Gun Protests Nationwide April 16th....Anyone have plans?

Mr Science
April 10th, 2008, 01:51 AM
I am sure some of you have seen lie ins on youtube, where 32 people lie down for a few minutes (apparently how long it took for the shooter to obtain his firearms), and while they claim they are doing this to respect the 32 killed at Virginia Tech, in reality this is just a chance for them to further their agenda, and take advantage of people's emotions. And these people will eventually succeed....

.......That is, if we don't do anything to stop them. :D I plan to counter-protest the one in Chicago, which basically means I will need a sign with some very witty or clever remark to anger the Million Morons and prove a point at the same time.

And of course a website against PEG:
http://www.protesteasygunslies.com/

And just search for this on youtube, to come across at least several of these.

I'm curious if anyone else in the US was doing anything like this as well, and perhaps on this thread we can discuss ideas on how to do a more effective job at ruining their pathetic performance. :)

So far, the best sign I've seen is "Here lies disarmed victims." Anyone have other suggestions?

http://www.inrich.com/cva/ric/search.apx.-content-articles-RTD-2008-04-08-0119.html I can't say I expected this haha. Its nice to see people stand up to these morons, nothing but fear mongering sheeple. These people need to see the enemies they have created, and that their actions and beliefs have consequences. If more people stand up to the MMM and Brady Bunch, these groups will someday disappear without a whimper.

Thank you for bring this up. We know that it's going to be a Democrat election so the whiners are coming out of the woodwork to get a share....The gun grabbing groups are always there to scream & pule about whatever: but now they can get some action. They got Brady (I & II) under Clinton so they think they will get a REAL set of restrictions under Hillery.

The thing is that the actual statistic show that laws aimed at "assault weapons" are a joke. So what you may see is a set of laws aimed at simple pistols: these being termed "aggressive handguns". We know that the pistol is a weapon of defense: that the rifle is the weapon of offense, but they will twist shit around and get some firm restrictions going.

If you plan on buying something, you better buy it NOW! Need high caps? Buy them NOW. Need to buy a cute set of AK's (folding & fixed stock)? Buy them NOW!

I can't wait for the NEW hysteria. It's like a new marketing plan from a major manufacturer. Like fucking MAC has ads where the MAC is a cool together guy and the PC is a fat nerd fuck. We will see some talent float to the top like a shit in a toilet bowl.

I think what we need to be concentrating on is strategies for the future if and when these restrictions come about. I will not have my God given rights that are guaranteed by our constitution stripped away by some liberal bastards who don't listen to statistics or common sense.

I recieved this video and message from my father, I think you guys might like it. Here is the video (http://s164.photobucket.com/albums/u6/pudgedog69/?action=view&current=TED_NUGENT.flv). Ted hits it right on the head.

A Little Gun History Lesson

In 1929, the Soviet Union
Established gun control. From 1929 to 1953, about 20 million dissidents,
Unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

------------------------------

In 1911, Turkey established gun
Control. From 1915 to 1917, 1.5 million Armenians, unable to defend
Themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

---------------------------

Germany established gun control in 1938 and from 1939 to 1945, a total of 13
million Jews and others who were
Unable to defend themselves were rounded up and exterminated

------------------------------

China established gun control in
1935. From 1948 to 1952, 20 million political dissidents, unable to defend
Themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

----------------------------

Guatemala established gun control in
1964. From 1964 to 1981, 100,000 Mayan Indians, unable to defend
themselves,
Were rounded up and exterminated.

------------------------------

Uganda established gun control in
1970. From 1971 to 1979, 300,000 Christians, unable to defend themselves,
Were rounded up and exterminated.

------------------------------

Cambodia established gun control in
1956. From 1975 to 1977, one million 'educa ted' people, unable to defend
Themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

-----------------------------

Defenseless people rounded up and
Exterminated in the 20th Century because of gun control: 56 million.

------------------------------

It has now been 12 months since gun
Owners in Australia were forced by new law to surrender 640,381 personal
Firearms to be destroyed by their own government, a program costing
Australia taxpayers more than $500 million dollars. The first year results
Are now in:

Australia-wide, homicides are up 3.2 Percent

Australia-wide, assaults are up 8.6 Percent

Australia-wide, armed robberies are Up 44 percent (yes, 44 percent)!

In the state of Victoria alone, Homicides with firearms are now up 300 percent. Note that while the
Law-abiding citizens turned them in, the criminals did not, and criminals
Still possess their guns!

It will never happen here? I bet the
Aussies said that too !

While figures over the previous 25
Years showed a steady decrease in armed robbery with firearms, this has
Changed drastically upward in the past 12 months, since criminals now are
Guaranteed that their prey is unarmed.

There has also been a dramatic
Increase in break-ins and assaults of the ELDERLY. Australian politicians
Are at a loss to explain how public safety has decreased, after such
Monumental effort and expense was expended in successfully ridding
Australian society of guns. The Australian experience and the other
Historical facts above prove it.

You won't see this data on the US
Evening news, or hear politicians disseminating this Information.

Guns in the hands of honest citizens
Save lives and property and, yes, gun-control laws adversely affect only the
Law-abiding citizens.

Take note my fellow Americans,
Before it's too late!

The next time someone talks in favor
Of gun control, please remind him of this history lesson.

With Guns...........We Are "Citizens".

Without Them........We Are "Subjects".

During W.W.II the Japanese decided
Not to invade America because they knew most Americans were ARMED!

Note: Admiral Yamamoto who crafted
The attack on Pearl Harbor had attended Harvard U 1919-1921 & was Naval
Attaché to the U. S. 1925-28. Most of our Navy was destroyed at Pearl Harbor
& our Army had been deprived of funding & was ill prepared to defend the
Country.

It was reported that when asked why
Japan did not follow up the Pearl Harbor attack with an invasion of the U.
S. Mainland, his reply was that he had lived in the U. S. & knew that almost
All households had guns.

For those who say that the 2nd Amendment is outdated; Is the right to free speech outdated too?

EDIT: Mr. Science, let me know when you'll be in Chicago. I left you a PM :)

If they want to lie down- why don't they lie down in front of some tanks like in Tiananmen Square? Oh, thats right China has total gun control already. These protestors would probably be the ones driving the tanks over the freedom fighters given the chance.

Yea, its pathetic, the mayor (theres one mayor that needs gelding!) of my formally great city has put a video on YouTube asking the feds to ban all handguns, look up "Mayor of Toronto", "David Miller" or "Dillluded Socialist Asshole" on YouTube to see the video. Oh as for protest sign how about...

1 armed madman + 32 unarmed people = 32 dead people

1 armed madman + 32 armed people = 1 dead madman

LuzRD
April 11th, 2008, 12:58 AM
How about these for protest signs?

"32 more dead as a result of gun control"
"would you feel better if they were pushed out of windows?"
"here lie 32 people that need to get jobs"
"ill bet $1 all 32 are unarmed"
*paint tire tracks on your clothing* "visit www.ProtestRegistryofMotorvehicles.stfu"
"armed citizens could have prevented this"
"...proof that the only chance to survive is secured in your holster!!"
"this is the result of "controlling" firearms"

::edit:: Thank you Alexires, I'm sorry for the confusion.

Here we can expect Governor ShitHead to join the Million Mental Midgets in
their treasonous screams for gun bans. FTP members, download "Innocents
Betrayed" from the VIDEO subdirectory. They discuss the REAL reason for
gun control - government ordered genocide of populations who won't kiss the
politicians' asses.

There is a workable solution to most of this state's gun crime. The city of
Baltimore, hereafter referred to as ShitHole, needs a population reduction.
From the center of ShitHole plot 2 positions. 2 miles due east and 2 miles due
west. Use them as ground zeroes. One neutron bomb detonated over each
position. These areas have the highest concentration of Democratic-voting,
liberal-supporting, welfare-ridden, felonious, treasonous, bottomfeeding trash
that have no right to breath the same air as us ! Every time one of those
motherfuckers uses a gun in their gang/drug related crimes, the political
leadership of ShitHole yells for gun bans. And they have their cronies in the
state capitol cheering for them. This is one case where some genocide might
have a positive effect !

It seems more and more each and every day that the government and ruling bodies become more encompassing and move closer towards absolute power. Its as if they are almost done pretending to care what we want and are about to take the step out of the closet per se and basically admit they don't care and their sole goal is to retain absolute power for them and the rest of the rich elite. Some of these people probably think we don't deserve to live because of our rampant consumerism will basically mean they may not have as many goods in the future, so maybe they should start a global war to squash the human population to slow down consumerism to retain there power and need of goods and good times. I hope this is clear to you guys. Basically I am trying to say are there is a given amount of oil on earth for instance, and they(rich and powerful) obviously feel like its there, now as our population grows the rate at which the poor consume goods is increasing, this makes goods more rare and expensive. And obviously we are not worthy.

Sorry for the rant.

Obviously that is not their sole goal to quell our consumerism, but this is sort of a long term protective/preventative measure to ensure they get goods in the far future. and the seizure of power isn't solely for that its probably a very minor constituent of the facts in reality. I sort of just went off on a tangent there on the consumer goods ideas. But the fact that they are seizing powers at alarming rates and are beginning to not even care about hiding it is frankly quite frightening to me, and masks some further more scary future that I cannot even begin to imagine.

Exactly. The protest against non-easy gun ownership would follow in a sane world, but we don't live in a sane world, so get as many guns as you can NOW and don't say a word to the liberal anti-gun screwballs.

That, in my opinion will be the best way to counter them. As they spread tolerance and diversity and actively degenerate society to the breaking point, we will be ready for the lawlessness to follow...

In 1911, Turkey established gun
Control. From 1915 to 1917, 1.5 million Armenians, unable to defend
Themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

My discourse will be off topic but above statement is simply not true

Between 1911 and 1923 is Ottoman Era and there was no gun control since the Ottomans fought for almost 50 years from 1870s (Balkan wars) to 1923 (beginning of new Republic). During war time, what kind of idiot can enforce gun control?

And men of all Moslem families were off to war zones leaving only women and children behind. Non-moslems (including but not limited to Armenians) were exempt from serving in military.

So you should check your references.

In addition Armenian guerillas were organized under the standard of Dashnak Sutyun nationalist party.

When Dashnak Sutyun joined the Tzarist Russian Army to fight against Ottomans, they not only fought side by side with the Russian Army but also resorted to the guerilla warfare (behind Ottoman front lines) to cut logistic support of Ottoman Army, while looting the fatherless moslem families killing and raping at large since no armed men were fighting back.

They even invaded Van Province and killed almost half of the non-Armenians over there, which was an easy task since all men of the families were off to the frontiers, they were enjoying women and children and then killing them.

However their lot changed when Russians were defeated; angry non-Armenians (i.e. mostly Kurds in the region) started revenging on Armenians.

There is an American ex-judge called Samuel Wheems. This judge who is also a Baptist pastor wrote a book called "Armenia : Secrets of a Christian Terrorist State". The author gives several evidence contrary to genocide claims of Armenians in that book.

A simple fact, there is no non-Armenians in Armenia, but there is almost 100,000 local Armenians in Turkey. Given the illegal immigrants to Turkey from Armenia, the number even exceeds 200.000.

What is the number of Turks in Armenia: Zero, nil.

Moreover, the first prime minister of Armenia who is a Dashnak (i.e. nationalist), after being invaded by Soviets delivered a speech against a group of top level Dashnak party members, confessing that what they did during Ottoman era was wrong.

Now they are falsely whining that Turkey staged genocide against these unarmed innocent folks, a situation which is not true.

Even the word "Turkey" is a part of their deception: The alleged events took place during Ottoman Era, not during Republic of Turkey's era. By using that word, they are trying to give the impression that they were killed by the Republic of Turkey, yet again misleading victims (i.e. you) of their scam .

They are doing this, so, just like Iraqi kurds who were by no means victims of a genocide lured America to intervene, they are also trying to lure Western folks to intervene so they may establish their Greater Armenia. Regards.

Are you implying that the use of chemical weapons against Kurdish civilians was either a staged event or non-existent?
The videos of Kurdish civilians, [dead from air attack] was obtained after the invasion, from the Saddam-era ministry. Was that falsified (& if so to what end)? [Leaving Kurdish populations aside]The abuses by Saddam against his indigenous Arab population base was well documented via public channels on the ground ("rape rooms", etc). To what end further the abuses when such a well established pattern already exists?

Akinrog - I really have nothing to based this off of but your entire argument seems to be based on one sides interpretation of a situation and not really historical fact globally accepted. I am not calling you a liar but can you show more reliable quotes? These seem like conspiracy theorist pages. It seems like you are trying to say people who claimed a genocide happened are liars? Maybe I misread you.

Also are you trying to say because turkey changed its name from something else it is not responsible?

Also I must agree with Charles' sentiment. Those claims are rather absurd.

akinrog
April 16th, 2008, 03:20 PM
Are you implying that the use of chemical weapons against Kurdish civilians was either a staged event or non-existent?

No not really. It's a known fact that Saddam was a dictator. However his being a dictator was not problem until he started being a "misbehaving dictator".

Hint: other good behaving dictators in the region was never dethroned. For example, as I repeatedly say western media filters human rights abuses in Saudi Arabia and westerners never see them, because Saudi family is a good behaving dictator.

There are various theories about gassing of Iraqi Kurds, which I shall not discuss.

Only important part is, IMHO, it happened during Iran - Iraq war and since Saddam was THEN a well behaving dictator (i.e. doing every bidding of our big brother), he was an ally of our big brother. There are even some ex CIA officials who claim that it was actually USA which supplied CW material and technology to Saddam.

And apart from many claims justifying invasion of Iraq the last one, i.e. "Saddam was killing hundreds thousands of people per annum" was also not substantiated.

Did you know despite many claims, only six mass graves could be located in Iraq? And only one of them opened and about three hundred bodies were exhumed from that grave. So where are hundreds thousands of Kurdish civilian bodies?

My point is these claims are used as tools to attain something different which is not even remotely related to human right issues!... If it was a human rights issue, then one must liberate every country in the region.

one sides interpretation of a situation
...
can you show more reliable quotes?

Can you tell me which SINGLE side does first Prime Minister of Armenia represent? or whose quotes can be more reliable than against first Prime Minister of Armenia?

I believe you did not read the above post. One of the link (which also contains a PDF file containing entire speech) is that gentleman's public address confessing their guerilla warfare triggered those events. If quotes of first prime minister of Armenia is not reliable enough for you then, nothing shall be.

As a gun owner I don't want to take issue with the sentiment of the posting on here but the Yamamoto quote, even if correct isn't really representative of the situation in 1941.

1) I find it very dubious that 'most' US households had a gun in 1941, particularly in populous areas of the West Coast where a Japanese invasion would presumably have taken place.

2) The US had very considerable land and air forces with which to resist an invasion in December 1941 and they were building up fast. As well as the two carriers that survived Pear Harbour, they could (and for the most part did) switch their Atlantic fleet to the Pacific too.

3) An invasion of the mainland USA from Japan would require an immense military force with a huge logistic back up, including a chain of island bases, that the US, with an economy about 20X the size of Japan's would have taken almost four years to build up had Operation Olympic and Coronet taken place from November 1945.

4) Remember that the US invasion would have taken place after a sustained maritime blockade and strategic bombing and interdiction campaign that it is simply inconceivable that Japan could have undertaken against the US (think about the practicality of bombing the Republic factory at Farmingdale NY from a base on Guam!)

So they say they want to make it harder for people to get guns. What could make it harder for people to get guns than a total ban, which Virginia Tech already had? Wait, that only makes it hard for the sane and law-abiding.

When this happened CNN had some Brady dipshit come on and go toe-to-toe with Ted Nugent. Ted Nugent won hands down. The Brady guy even had to admit that their policies failed in this instance! Maybe YouTube has the video; it's worth looking up.

It would probably be best to say you were a friend of one of the victims and ask if you could give a brief speech concerning guns. It could start out something like, "On the day of the Virginia Tech massacre, the Brady Campaign and all other gun control advocates had what they desired. The college had a complete ban on firearms, thus leaving everyone but the shooter and an underpaid, undermanned security team to unsuccessfully defend the slain..."

It's important to remind everyone that these passive murderers already got what they want and it lead to 32 deaths at VTech. Who knows how many otheres elsewhere? Giving them even more of what they want is not only insane, it's suicidal. "Hair of the dog..."
