A lot of people recently are questioning themselfs what the best martial art is for selfdefence. I have fought several times within the ring and have won some of the tournaments I participated in practicing myself in a variety of these arts (Taekwondo, Kyusho Jitsu Dim Mak and MMA). Currently there is a new art under development in the Netherlands called MOSS (Multiple Opponent Survival System) witch could turn out to be the more advanced version of Krav Maga.

As for the time beïng I recommend those who want to train their body as a weapon to turn towards MMA. A while ago National Geographic Fight Science took a look at MMA and came to the conclusion that it was the most complete Martial Art, it's strikes, chokes and kicks where able of beïng compared with those of professional fighters from MA witch are specialised in them.

I'm going to let this post through, as you've at least done some work on it and added stuff to it. I've corrected the typo in the topic, but in future do a spell check. Or else.
