Not necessiarly, licences are still valid, and there is no guidance on how restrictive licencing can be, remember that you can grow marijuana in the states with a licence but the government never issues licences.

Not necessarily a good thing, indeed!

There has been decades of reluctance to bring this to a head, by both sides of this political football. Neither side wished to risk a defeat. If you think for one second that this is anything even close to a permanent ruling, think again!

Arm yourselves now and hope that your guns are grandfathered in, when and if the left gets their way.

There are ways around the whole thing- legally, at least as things stand now. Thread to follow.

It’s only a matter of time before they reinstate the assault weapon ban again. That means no more mean looking firearms or high capacity magazines. This means now’s the time to stock up on high cap magazines when it does go into effect Ive heard of people buying them #$75.00 $100.00 a piece! SKS going for 3-400 and for my area that’s outrageous. So now the time to stock up bad times ahead for all of the gun loving folk.

What you must do now is what was done in Germany: buy as much mags and guns that are going to be outlawed and when the law is going to pass, half the nation would be criminals and therefore it comes suspended. German hobbyists bought so much illegal guns from Poland the laws had to recalibrate for allowing those guns legally owned.
