Just downloaded this book:
http://rapidshare.com/files/133834197/Rizenko_Garaz.rar

It appears to be a short book (33 pages) on garage construction?
But it looks like they're building a cellar under the garage?

If anybody could translate the captions under pics 2-6, I'd be much obliged.

Can't talk acrobat into OCR'ing a russian doc. can't type it into google translate.

/had to change the name of the pdf to get foxit to open it. ACDsee doesn't like russian letters in file names either...

Heres a rough translation of the captions:

2. Garage with inspection pit and underground storeroom

3. Brick garage

4. Exhaust system in garage

5. Equipment of garage with inspection pit and underground storeroom

6. Entrance ramp

It is basically a garage with an oil change pit, and since it is so cold in Russia, there is room underground that acts as cold storage.

Hmmm, that sounds pretty cool.
I'll have to see if I can talk one of the russians at school into translating the whole thing for me.

I wonder if any of them have a russian version of acrobat, that could OCR it. Then it could just be sent through google translate & stitched back together...
