After going through it myself and organizing everything, I've bumped into about 2-3 full copies so far...

Every copy I run into is missing pages 174-320. Pretty much all of Volume 4. You have seen a complete copy?

I am having the sinking feeling that a long gone member or maybe even NBK scanned this book. Well the cash reward offer remains firm. If anyone has any tips on where to find the rest of this book without shelling out $300 please message me.
