Bethesda Teen Indicted On Bomb Making Charges

(Bethesda, MD) -- A Bethesda teenager accused of having bomb making material in his home has been indicted by a grand jury. Eighteen-year-old Collin McKenzie-Gude now faces charges of possessing an explosive device and producing false identification documents. McKenzie-Gude was arrested over the summer, after police say they found a number of assault-style weapons in his home, as well as a map of Camp David that marked the president's motorcade route.

I had no idea where else to put this in the Forum, but the Water Cooler seemed safe enough. It falls into the old Police Gazette category or true crime story that I loved to read about as a kid. Unfortunately, it is real and this means human life is disrupted. When I saw that the 18 year old's Dad is 62, I could only think of the father's grave disappointment and hurt.
